The apartment is a T2 (1 bedroom) apartment of 28 sqm plus 4.5 sqm balcony and can sleep up to 6 people, although four is more comfortable.  It is situated on the ground floor - although as the apartment is on a hillside, the balcony at the front of the property is not at ground level.  It is located less than 100 metres from the village centre, telecabine and tourist information office.  All rooms have electric wall-mounted, thermostat controlled heating.  Below are descriptions of what is on offer as well as a photograph to help you picture the property better :-

Bedroom 1

The bedroom has one South facing window towards the Mémises range of mountains.  Equipped with a small double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps.  The window opens and is equipped with an external security shutter.    

Kitchen Area

The area provides full cooking facilities including a fridge with freezer, 4 ring electric hob, combination grill and microwave, electric grill/oven and kettle.  A full range of utensils are also provided - cutlery, crockery, pots and pans.  An extendable dining table for six completes the dining arrangements.

Living Area

The living area consists of sofa bed that sleeps 2, a 21" wall mounted LCD/DVD TV that receives UK Freesat channels, a French dresser storing local brochures and pamphlets, a collection of DVD movies and a Sega Saturn games console for some retro gaming action.   

Balcony

North facing views over to Lac Leman (Lake Geneva), furnished with a bistro table with two chairs for peaceful balcony, candlelit evenings, looking at the night sky and the twinkling lights down on the lakeside below.

Bathroom

In keeping with similar apartments, the bathroom/shower is separate to the toilet.  Hot water is controlled by a switch in the electrical fuse box near the front door.  The toilet is situated in the room where the hot water tank is located and also the main water supply tap - which is used to switch the water off before vacating the apartment.

Coin Montagne (bunk beds)

The entrance contains a bunk bed (sleeps two), a chest of drawers and under bed drawers for storage.  The top bunk is not recommended for very small children (due to the height) as a safety precaution.  Each bunk is equipped with its own reading light.  There is a secondary portable heater in the cupboard should additional heat be required.
